The State of the Sickos Committee Substack

Good Morning or whenever you are reading this.

The Sickos Committee Substack has been about a one time per week blog with some random posts without any rhyme or reason in the off-season and we hope you enjoyed it.

When we get to the season, we will continue without Sickos review of 5 or 6 games using the old-timey language we love from old newspapers. Also, we will likely do bowl reviews and other items throughout the season.

When I started this blog, I intended for this to stay free as long as possible and not really go behind a paywall. However, now that were doing some more labor intensive work such as the upcoming Potato Chip Ratio (this is an insane project and I don’t know why I did this), the DETMER 2.0 metric update and other items such as Season 2023 Previews and much more. These things are quite time consuming for the Commish and the other Committee members who write from time to time as this is basically our hobby and not our full time job.

So, I typed all of this to simply take a poll. If we were to start a subscription for $5 per month (the lowest substack allows us to charge) or $50 annually (the lowest substack allows us to charge) would you be interested in helping us keep this going and go further into the depths of the college football game we love so much.
