We had so many things from this past season. The past year, we went to so many games and covered them in person. We couldn’t keep up the pace with the posting, blogging, podcasting and traveling. So we missed the timing on this one particular blog post due to a myriad of different things. I do apologize for the delay in this post, but hey, it’s the offseason now, we will happily take what we can get.

Welcome to the Sickos Sentinel - Extremely Late Edition!

Back on October 12th, 2024, Montana State and the Big Sky Conference were able to grant one of our Committee members, Big Sky Brigit, a press/photo credential for the game between #7 Idaho and #3 Montana State. Now, full disclosure here: Brigit is a Montana State alumnus who lives in enemy territory in Missoula. Also, she’s probably yelling at me to type GO CATS GO! So there, I did it.

Let me set up the scene for you, back to October 12th, 2024. This was set up to be a Big Sky Banger as it was #7 Idaho who only had two losses, a 2-point loss to #4 UC Davis and a 10-point loss to the #1 Oregon Ducks. Montana State was undefeated at the time and ranked #3. This game was late night in Bozeman at 9:15 p.m. Central on ESPN 2. A perfect game for us as a Committee.

Lucky for us as a Committee, Brigit is a professional photographer. She took so many photos of this game, and they’re all amazing. Better than I could ever take. Brigit wrote a blog for it with over 200 Photos and I suggest you check it out. I will post some of my favorite photos here too.
